The By-Law Enforcement Officer is responsible for enforcing all active municipal by-laws and making recommendations to Council regarding any required amendments or additions to municipal legislation.
The duty of the By-Law Enforcement Officer is to ensure that the Municipality's legislation is enforced with all residents and visitors. The officer is tasked with investigating complaints received from the public about alleged violations of municipal by-laws.
