Mental health illnesses are a growing concern and we want to ensure that there are resources available for those who may need it.
Mental health along with addiction and substance abuse problems come at an enormous cost to individuals, families and communities.
These illnesses impact an individual’s emotional, psychological and social well-being and how a person thinks, feels and acts.
Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood to adolescence and into adulthood and can disrupt a person’s life or create challenges, but with the right supports, a person can get back on a path to sustainability and wellness.
Access to services and support from loved ones is vital in helping individuals cope with these illnesses.
We would like to share some great support resources to help those who may need it whether it be yourself, or someone you care about.
