Fires may start easily and spread quickly but there will be minimal involvement of deeper fuel layers or larger fuels.
Burn ban in effect for the entire municipality. This ban includes ALL FIRES: bon fires, fire pits and discharge of fireworks. Motorized backcountry travel, including ATV's and other off-road vehicles are not permitted on any trails, in grassy fields or wooded areas due to the sparks that could easily ignite a fire. Items that use propane tanks such as BBQ's or fire tables will be allowed.
