St. Andrews will be seeing a new baseball diamond in the near future to enjoy. The RM has partnered with St. Andrews Airport to refurbish the old baseball diamond on Airport Drive. 50% of this project is being funded by a grant awarded through the Building Sustainable Communities Fund. Tenders have been awarded to construct the diamond as well as a parking lot and it is anticipated that the diamond be usable by late 2024 or early 2025.
This is another great step in bringing more recreation opportunities to St. Andrews.
